Terms & Conditions
TAYLI MEDIA
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Tayli Media, including photography, videography, tour services, and event organization.
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after a deposit is paid.
- The remaining balance must be paid on or before the service date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are valid only for the agreed service and duration.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to Tayli Media's official Cancellation Policy.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be used as credit for up to six (6) months from the original booking date.
3. Service & Client Responsibilities
Tayli Media Responsibilities:
- Tayli Media agrees to provide professional photography, videography, tour, and event services as described in the booking agreement.
- Tayli Media will supply its own equipment and staff and perform the service to a professional standard.
- Tayli Media will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed schedule and service plan.
Client Responsibilities:
- The client must inform Tayli Media in advance of any restrictions or special requirements.
- Tayli Media is not responsible for delays, limitations, or loss of coverage caused by weather, venue rules, or actions of third parties.
4. Creative Rights
- Tayli Media retains creative control over style, editing, and final output.
- Requests for specific shots or styles will be considered but are not guaranteed.
5. Delivery of Materials
- Edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
- Delivery time may vary depending on project size and workload.
- Raw (unedited) video files are not provided unless agreed in advance.
6. Copyright & Usage
- Tayli Media retains copyright of all produced content.
- The client receives personal or commercial usage rights as agreed.
- Tayli Media reserves the right to use the content for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Tayli Media is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control including weather, equipment failure, illness, or acts of God.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Safety & Conduct
- Tayli Media reserves the right to stop the service if the working environment becomes unsafe or abusive.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Privacy
Client personal information will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
10. Agreement
By booking Tayli Media services, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions along with the Cancellation Policy.
