Cancellation Policy
TAYLI MEDIA
At Tayli Media, we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and clear expectations, the following cancellation policy applies to all photography, videography, tour, and event services.
1. Booking & Deposit
- A booking is confirmed only after a deposit is paid.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- However, the deposit may be kept as credit and used for a future booking within six (6) months from the original booking date.
2. Client Cancellation
If the client cancels:
More than 7 days before the scheduled service:
Deposit remains non-refundable but may be reused within 6 months. No additional charges apply.
3–7 days before the scheduled service:
50% of the total service fee will be charged.
Less than 48 hours before the scheduled service or no-show:
100% of the total service fee will be charged.
3. Rescheduling
- One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling within 72 hours may be treated as a cancellation.
- Any rescheduled booking must take place within 6 months of the original booking date.
4. Weather & Force Majeure
In cases of bad weather or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, or other emergencies): the service may be rescheduled without penalty.
5. Late Arrival
- If the client arrives late, the session time will not be extended.
- Delays longer than 30 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Tayli Media Cancellation
If Tayli Media must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances: the client will receive a full refund of all paid amounts or may choose to reschedule at no extra cost.
7. Agreement
By booking Tayli Media services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
